How can I confirm the status of my subscription?

You can access your My Account online which will show the expiry date of your current subscription.

However, if you wish to confirm the status of your subscription, then please contact your regional Customer Services department.

You will need to provide your Customer ID and provide the title of the journal, if you subscribe to more than one. Your Customer ID can be found on your mailing label or via your 'My Account' online.
