My print issue arrived damaged. How can this be replaced?

If you have a current subscription and have received a damaged issue covered by your payment, this will be replaced free of charge subject to availability.

To obtain any replacement issues, please contact us and advise us of the following:

  1. Your Customer ID
  2. Journal title
  3. Volume range and issue number
  4. Month of publication
  5. Confirmation of delivery address
