How do I update my account with a new Customer ID?

If you have ordered a new site license or print + online subscription, first locate your Customer ID (please click here to find out how to locate your Customer ID). Then log into your site administrator account by clicking here.

Once you have pulled up your Registration Summary, click on ‘Add Additional Online Licenses,’ and enter your 8-digit License ID or Customer ID. Your subscription should be added to your list of active subscriptions.
