My Customer ID is not being recognized. What do I need to do?

Make sure you enter your Customer ID when setting up online access.

A Customer ID is unique and covers all of your NPG subscriptions.

Whether you subscribe to one, two or ten NPG titles, you will only ever have one Customer ID.
