How do I find out what my Customer ID number is?

Please Note: You will only have received a Customer ID if you have purchased a subscription with Nature Publishing Group.

If you have purchased your subscription through our online ordering system your Customer ID will automatically be linked to the registered account that was used for the order - your Customer ID can be located by logging in to your My Account and clicking on the subscriptions and purchases tab.

You can register on our web site free of charge, which will allow you limited access. If you subscribe to a NPG journal via membership to a society please click here to view the 'Society Member FAQ' for information on how to access your journal.
 

For NPG subscribers:


For security reasons there is currently no facility to search for your Customer ID online.

  • When your subscription order has been successfully processed you should receive a confirmation email which will include your Customer ID.
  • Your Customer ID is also located on your print issue's mailing label - (above the mailing address on the left side of the label).

To register a nature.com My Account please click here and follow the onscreen prompts ensuring that you use a valid email address - you may also wish to add @nature.com to your safe senders list.

If you do not know what your Customer ID is, you can contact us by using our Ask a Question facility. Please provide your full name and delivery address so we can speedily locate your Customer ID.
