When you purchase a subscription with Nature Publishing Group you are given a unique Customer ID.
Print subscribers: Your Customer ID is located on your print issue's mailing label - (above the mailing address on the left side of the label).
When your subscription order has been successfully processed you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Customer ID.
Your Customer ID can be located by logging in to your My Account and clicking on the subscriptions and purchases tab
Institutional Site Licence: A Customer ID is unique and is used to activate online access. It appears on the registration e-mail sent to the administrator of the account.
