Why am I receiving a timed out error message?

Once you have logged-on to the website, you remain logged-on until you either log out or delete your browser cache.


If you close your browser window, your session will not automatically terminate.


504 or 408 'Time Out' - Troubleshooting Tips:


• Retry the web page by clicking the refresh/reload button
• Delete your browser cache then click the reload/refresh button
• Check your internet connection
• Check you bandwidth via an Internet Speed Test
• There may be an unusually high volume of users on your network (Office/Institute) - please try again later!
• There may be an unusually high volume of traffic visiting the web site - please try again later!
